Since our founding in 20007 Muzicadelic has developed and grown exponentially. We’re very proud of the expertise of our staff and their abilities to contribute their own unique experience and skills to our success.
Cecilia Gärding
Chairman and project leader
Cecilia Gärding has a bachelor's degree in ethnology and a master's in political science. She is also a singer-songwriter, artist, filmmaker and writer of the books "Afro-Swedish in the New Sweden", Diversity in the Swedish film heritage, 1890-1950", and has been the project leader for the eliza project, the Cultural Heritage Agent project and the Eurotopia project. She is currently working on her first debut album and two scripts on the history of Swedish filmpolitics and the link with Nazi-Germany, and about her mother Mrs Margaret Gärding, and her achievements to be a part of the democratization process of South Africa.
Mikael Haines Gärding
Singer song writer, social worker, hip-hop artist and script writer
Mike Haines Gärding has worked together with Cecilia on her projects and also has released two separate hip-hop albums both in Swedish and in English. He has extensive experience in both the non-profit and private sector.

Board member
With us since our founding, Jasim Sullivani is one of our veteran team members and has played a critical role in shaping our mission and projects. We are happy he is with us!

Filip Hallbäck
Marketing Manager
An invaluable part of the muzicadelic staff and leadership, Filip Hallbäck is now a part of the endeavor to create the Eurotopia Cannes day with Cecilia at the helm. A. Smith has witnessed the continued evolution of our programs from that start as he was once a student of Cecilia at the Cannes inclusive script writing course.
